As Commissioner of Health and Social Services, Adam guided Alaska through the COVID crisis without bowing to lockdown hysteria—keeping oil fields pumping, fishing fleets running, and cruise ships returning. When D.C. bureaucrats wanted shutdowns, he fought for Alaska’s economy and way of life.

Then, as Revenue Commissioner, Crum took the fight to the bean counters. He strengthened the Permanent Fund, modernized systems, and helped deliver three credit rating upgrades—the most in years. On podiums and in boardrooms around the country, Adam went on the offensive and started sharing his vision of how Alaska can provide America and the world with the energy and critical minerals they need.
